Group Support Programmes
Hope2Recovery Programme
(2hrs per week x 6 weeks)
This programme is for any woman, with or without children, who is currently, or has in the past, experienced domestic violence and abuse / coercive control. It enables women to understand the dynamics of domestic abuse, why they have coped the way they have and how their parenting has been affected.
Domestic Abuse Recovery Toolkit Programme
(2hrs per week x 12 weeks)
This programme is for women, with or without children, who are no longer in an abusive relationship. This strengths based and skills building programme gives women the knowledge to better understand and deal with the impacts of a past relationship, which was controlling and abusive.
Free and Confidential Support
Both of these programmes are free, confidential, safe and non-judgmental. They are facilitated by our trained and experienced team. Programmes are run twice yearly. They are held in safe and private locations in Kilkenny and Carlow.
